C&B Specialist
Job Description
• Support on the HR policy and procedure establishment and improvement.
• Maintain up to date Personnel file, from staff entry to termination, and make sure employment contract reviewed timely every month.
• Assure timely and accurate salary administration, including payroll processing, social insurance handling, tax handling.
• Prepare statistics reports as required by the government.
• Assure annual labor audit passed.
• Advice employees on personnel issue, including C&B and policy explanation, proof letter preparation.
• Inform or suggest timely about newly announced or changed regulations by government.
• Maintains good relationship with related government authorities.
• Expatriates management like C&B related, accommodation arrangement, visa application, working permit etc.
• Coordinate with the annual C&B survey.
• Work closely with HR service provider, such as commercial insurance company, 3rd party company, to monitor their service and cost.
• Responsible for HR related system maintenance, like Workday, Time Management System
• Work as HR analyst in Oracle and Local ERP systems.
• Support on yearly manpower cost budgeting, calculation and letter distribution.
• Coordinate with other HR function, provide related C&B support if necessary.

Job Qualification
• Bachelor degree in Law, Human Resources, Economy, any equivalent
• Working experience in HR generalist >= 3~5 years.
• Experience in HRIS
• Good understanding of Labor Law
• Good understanding of the benefits matrix and salary survey (Mercer, Tower Watson)
• Solid understanding of payroll
• Good knowledge in HR operations
• Good ability in communication way
• Good teamwork spirit
• Good customer oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English
