Contract Manager

Your tasks and responsibilities include: -Work in close cooperation with the lead Contract Manager: provide advice where possible and assistance where required -Preparing, reviewing and assisting in administering or administering claims -Substantiation and cost calculation for claims and variations in relation with main contract and subcontracts -Gathering of support information for claims and variations in relation with said contracts -Assistance in contractual support of the daily project tasks (letters, meetings, inspections, etc) -Advise on local regulations and project permits -Making presentation during the meetings Profile: You are a master in Law with a specialisation in contract law (or general commercial or construction law) in Taiwan. You are able to analyse and understand commercial conditions in all contracts. You are eager to understand and to learn claim management. You are able to absorb process and apply new information and knowledge. Preferably you have worked before in a law firm, on large construction projects or in renewables in a similar function.

Project Engineers

As a project engineer, you will -Coordinate works, suppliers and subcontractors, whilst maintaining operational control; -Report on the progress and completion of these works; -Procure the necessary materials and services needed for these works; and -Engineer the work execution methodology, working closely together with the direct colleagues, JDN's competence centres and specialists The JDN team is dynamic, amicable, hands-on and driven to deliver. You will be supported with experience and competence whilst benefiting from short communication lines between the different departments and management levels. Profile: You are a civil/ industrial or mechanical engineer, hands-on and eager to learn. You have strong communication skills and a can-do mentality. You are multilingual and excellent in understanding/ writing and speaking English as well as Mandarin (Traditional Chinese).
